Digital keys are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they have been viewed, so all sales are final.

When we will help

If a product does not work on a supported Windows 10 or 11 setup and our support team cannot fix it, we will replace the key or issue store credit at our discretion.

When we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after the key was delivered.
• Your PC does not meet the listed requirements.
• Your account was banned for reasons unrelated to our product.
• You shared, resold or leaked the key.
